Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After that, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the Netherlands. You'll see the exact estimated delivery date at checkout.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Free shipping is sometimes available above a minimum order value - check the homepage for the current threshold.

Can I track my package?

Returns

What's the return policy?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive your order. More details in our refund policy.

How do I return a product?
Email support@quickvalueoffers.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you the instructions and return address.

When will I get my money back?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the full purchase amount within 10 business days, using the same payment method as your original payment.
