We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below is exactly what to expect.

Shipping regions

We currently ship to the Netherlands and all countries within the European Union. Shipping to non-EU countries is generally available on request - email us first.

Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands: typically 3-7 business days after shipping
  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: typically 5-8 business days
  • Other EU countries: typically 7-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier congestion (around holidays, for example) can cause delays.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping over €50 within the Netherlands
  • Below €50: shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order weight
  • For orders outside the Netherlands, costs may differ

Track & Trace

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your order live on our order tracking page.

Undelivered packages

Hasn't your package arrived after the expected delivery time? Email support@quickvalueoffers.com with your order number. We'll trace it with the carrier and come back with a solution within 24 hours.

Wrong address?

Once the package has shipped we unfortunately can't change the address. Did you spot the mistake right after ordering? Email us immediately - if the package hasn't been processed yet, we can usually still adjust it.

Damaged or wrongly delivered

Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Report it within 48 hours with photos at support@quickvalueoffers.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Import duties outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or local taxes may be charged to you by the carrier. These costs are not included in shipping costs and are at the recipient's expense.
