14-day cooling-off period
At Quick Value Offers you have a 14 calendar-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Within that period you can cancel the agreement without giving reasons (right of withdrawal).
How does a return work?
- Send us an email at support@quickvalueoffers.com within 14 days after receipt. Include your order number and the reason for return.

We respond within 24 hours (business days) with instructions. Depending on the product and situation, we offer one of the following options:
- Full refund after return shipment;
- Partial refund without return (for minor defects);
- Free replacement for defective or wrongly delivered products.
- Ship the product only after you've received our return instructions. Without those instructions we can't process your return correctly.
Why the email step?
We're an international webshop that ships directly from the distribution center. The fastest solution for both of us is often not a physical return. By contacting us first, you avoid unnecessary shipping costs and get a faster solution.
Return conditions
- The product is unused, complete and in the original packaging;
- Seals (on cosmetics, creams and personal care) are not broken;
- You've notified us by email within 14 days of receipt.
Exceptions
In line with Dutch and European law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed health and hygiene products (cosmetics, creams, personal care) where the seal has been broken;
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are perishable.
Return costs
The cost of the return shipment is at your expense, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered. In that case we cover the costs in full.
Refund
Once we've received and inspected your return (or proof of shipment for a full refund), we transfer the full purchase amount back within 10 business days. Refunds are always processed via the same payment method as your original payment, unless we agree otherwise.
Defective or wrongly delivered products
Did you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product? Email us right away - ideally within 48 hours of receipt - with photos at support@quickvalueoffers.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

You may use the form below, but it's not required. A clear email with your order number is enough.
