These terms apply to every order you place at Quick Value Offers (quickvalueoffers.com). By placing an order you agree to these terms. So please read them carefully.

Note: Quick Value Offers is operated by a company registered outside the Netherlands. We sell directly to consumers in the Netherlands and the EU under distance selling rules. Your European consumer rights apply in full.
Article 1 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement between Quick Value Offers and the consumer. Deviations only apply if we have confirmed them in writing.
Article 2 - Offer and contract
Our offer on the website is non-binding. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us. A contract is formed at the moment you place an order and we confirm it by email.
Article 3 - Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and visible at checkout before you place the final order. Free shipping above an order value of €50.
You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments go through secure, certified partners.
Article 4 - Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving reasons. This period starts the day after you receive the last product.
During this cooling-off period you may carefully inspect the product, as you would in a shop. If used excessively, we may charge a proportional reduction in value.

Article 5 - Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed health and hygiene products (such as cosmetics, creams and personal care items) where the seal has been broken;
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are perishable.
Article 6 - Delivery
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For delivery times and shipping costs, see our shipping policy.
The risk of damage or loss transfers to you when you (or a third party designated by you) receive the package.
Article 7 - Conformity and warranty
We warrant that our products meet the agreement, the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, and applicable legal provisions. The legal warranty always applies. Some products have an additional manufacturer warranty; this is mentioned on the product page.
Article 8 - Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted clearly described, within a reasonable period - in any case within 2 months of discovery - to support@quickvalueoffers.com. We respond within 14 days with a substantive reply.
Article 9 - Disputes
Dutch law applies to our agreements, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We always try to resolve disputes together first.

Article 10 - Changes
We may amend these terms. The most current version is always on this page. For ongoing orders, the version that applied at the time of your order applies.
